Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage patients quickly and accurately when every second counts
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional emergency care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with critical thinking
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain clear communication
• Provide comfort and support to patients and families during stressful moments

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Previous ER or acute care experience is a plus, but passion for emergency nursing matters too
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
• Strong triage and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing best practices
• Patient assessment and triage
• IV insertion and medication administration
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Effective communication in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
