Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures to ensure efficient patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict protocols
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care in a friendly manner
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
• Support the dental team with inventory management and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
• Proven experience with Dentrix software is a must
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software
• Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent patient care and chairside manner
• Organized and detail-oriented with sterilization standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
