Roles & Responsibilities

• Examine patients to understand impairments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Design and modify therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility
• Prevent injuries and promote wellness through education and exercise
• Collaborate with a supportive outpatient clinic team
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado (or eligible)
• Pelvic Health Certification required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pelvic health
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an AMA-APTA approved physical therapy program

Education

• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation
• Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with outpatient documentation systems
