Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank
• Ensure accurate and timely results to support patient care decisions
• Follow strict quality control and safety protocols to maintain lab integrity
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California CLS or MLS license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Proven blood bank experience is essential
• Valid TB clearance within the past 12 months
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards
• Proficiency in blood bank protocols and crossmatching
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
