Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain mobility and strength through personalized therapy plans
- Assess patient needs and create effective treatment strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver outstanding care
- Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
- Document progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and patient focus
- Excellent communication abilities
- Team player with a compassionate approach
