Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and function
• Develop personalized care plans to help patients reach their goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or in progress)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience in an outpatient or acute care setting is a plus
• Comfortable with documentation and using electronic medical records

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Proficient in therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
