Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver customized therapy interventions that help patients restore mobility and achieve their goals
• Document patient progress and treatment responses with accuracy and care
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
• Keep supervising PTs informed with clear, timely communication
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment that promotes healing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with the care team
• A passion for making a real difference in patients' lives

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy techniques and treatment plan implementation
• Patient care and compassionate bedside manner
• Clinical documentation and attention to detail
• Patient education and home exercise instruction
• Clear communication across interdisciplinary teams
• Infection control and safety compliance
