Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately
• Empower patients through education and customized home exercise programs
• Keep the supervising PT informed with clear, timely communication
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards every day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Massachusetts PTA license (or the ability to obtain one)
• A collaborative spirit and strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques
• Patient care and compassionate communication
• Accurate documentation and record keeping
• Patient education and home exercise instruction
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
