Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments with confidence
Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers your nursing team
Mentor staff and enhance clinical competencies across units
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support
Manage moderate sedation and ensure safe patient outcomes
Float as a helping hand to support other departments when needed
Monitor and respond to cardiac and vascular cases with expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency required
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff
Critical care and telemetry experience strongly valued
Comfortable titrating vasoactive drips in both Cath Lab and ICU settings

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership presence with a passion for team development
Expertise in cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips confidently
Experience managing vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Skilled in handling complex ICU diagnoses like sepsis, DKA, and COPD exacerbation
