Roles & Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient care delivery
Prepare patients for exams and procedures with care and precision
Manage patient records and documentation accurately
Support clinical operations to ensure smooth workflows
Contribute to a compassionate healing environment

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or equivalent
Current state licensure if required
Experience in a clinical setting preferred
BLS certification
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient intake and vitals monitoring
Basic clinical procedures and phlebotomy
Electronic health records proficiency
Excellent communication and empathy
Team collaboration skills
