Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment
Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and treatments
Prepare patients for exams and ensure smooth clinic flow
Maintain accurate records and support facility operations
Contribute to exceptional care at Shriners Children's Hospital

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or equivalent
Experience in ambulatory or outpatient settings preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong patient-focused attitude and teamwork skills

Education

Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical procedures and vital signs monitoring
Patient intake and preparation techniques
Electronic health records management
Excellent communication and empathy
