Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and any changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort and dignity
Maintain accurate and timely charting in the patient record
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current LPN credential (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ready to practice
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN training program
Clinical experience in a patient-care setting preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality patient care

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable performing patient assessments and monitoring vital signs
Familiarity with charting and electronic health records (EHR) workflows
Understanding of infection control and safety best practices
Good prioritization, time management, and teamwork abilities
