Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions accurately
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous LPN experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical nursing skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and schedules
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
