Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on patient care that truly impacts lives
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure top-notch resident support
Monitor and respond to patient needs with skill and empathy
Maintain accurate records and contribute to a healing environment

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico
Current certifications and readiness to jump in
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings a plus

Education

Valid LPN or RN licensure from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in patient documentation and care planning
Adaptability in a fast-paced rehab center environment
