Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and repositioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with meals and feeding, promoting proper nutrition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to adapt to different care settings and patient needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No prior experience required - we welcome new grads and seasoned CNAs alike

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Compassion, patience, and a positive outlook
