Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents while following care plans and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document patient responses
Monitor and record patient vital signs, changes in condition, and report concerns to the clinical team
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support resident activities of daily living and promote dignity and independence
Communicate clearly with residents and families to keep them informed and comfortable
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and participate in care planning

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Pennsylvania license recommended)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation
Ability to perform focused resident assessments and recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Good time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Comfortable using electronic health records and basic clinical equipment
