Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with compassion and professionalism
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
