Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, using proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and vital sign measurement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
