Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist our orthodontist with patient exams and procedures, ensuring each visit is smooth and stress-free
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Take and develop dental radiographs to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Manage patient flow and assist with front desk duties as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and digital charting in Denticon

Qualifications

• Certified Orthodontic Dental Assistant (required)
• Must be ortho certified
• Experience with orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic treatment processes
• Proficiency with dental software (Denticon)
• Strong patient care skills
• Attention to detail and infection control
• Team collaboration
