Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Measure and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work night shifts as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and bring a valid state or federal ID

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital sign monitoring equipment
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
