Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support nursing staff with daily clinical tasks and documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Build trusting relationships with patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• A warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene
• Comfort with taking vital signs and documenting health information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
