Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care thoroughly and collaborate with the care team
• Advocate for patients and support their physical and emotional well-being
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Willingness to adapt to new settings and patient populations
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• Medication administration and documentation
• Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
• Compassionate communication with patients and families
• Collaborative teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment
