Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with daily living activities and support patients' emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
