Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to assigned patients
Administer medications and document administration accurately and timely
Perform routine patient assessments and report changes to the care team
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied staff to create great patient outcomes
Maintain clear, accurate documentation in patient charts and electronic systems

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Georgia preferred or ability to obtain Georgia licensure)
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new graduates with relevant training considered
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a care team
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Vocational nursing diploma, practical nursing certificate, or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology knowledge
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Basic wound care and dressing management
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Teamwork, time management, and effective communication
