Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care using evidence-based practices and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Adapt quickly to new settings and bring your expertise to every shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in your specialty
• Active, unrestricted state license or compact license eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (may vary by unit)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to float to different units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
