Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric patients, helping them thrive
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring
Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes dignity and comfort
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding resident care
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions with keen attention

Qualifications

Valid GNA certification in Maryland
Commitment to high-quality geriatric nursing assistance
Reliable and compassionate demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced care setting

Education

GNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in geriatric patient care techniques
Strong observational and communication skills
Proficiency in hygiene, mobility assistance, and safety protocols
