Shift Type: Day shift, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), 4 days per week with late stays; occasional weekend on-call (2 days every 6 weeks, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures including ablations, device implants, Watchman placements, and loop recorder insertions
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and EP studies
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain sterile field throughout procedures
• Document all procedures accurately in Cerner EMR
• Maintain and operate EP lab equipment such as Carto, Cryo, and Arrythmia systems

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience
• RCES, RCIS, or RT(R) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with EP lab equipment (X-ray, PACS, Cardio Lab, iSTAT, ESI, Carto, Arrythmia, Cryo)
• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and efficient with a focus on patient safety
