Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep smiles healthy
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure safety
• Collaborate with the dentist to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work a 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift
• Prior dental hygiene experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skilled in taking dental radiographs
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient education
• Attention to detail in patient documentation
