Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and healthy habits
• Assist in periodontal assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive care
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to infection control and safety standards

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and scaling/root planing
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to put patients at ease
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
