Shift Type: Flexible shifts, approximately 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and healthy habits
- Assist in periodontal assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive care
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to infection control and safety standards
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and scaling/root planing
- Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
- Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills to put patients at ease
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
