Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during orthodontic procedures, including braces and Invisalign fittings
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Provide patients with clear instructions for oral care and appliance maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
- Support a smooth patient flow and create a welcoming experience
Qualifications
- Fully knowledgeable in orthodontics, specifically braces and Invisalign
- Experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting
- Relevant dental assistant certification or state registration where applicable
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Orthodontic procedures and appliance adjustments
- Invisalign aligner fitting and patient education
- Braces application and removal
- Sterilization and infection control protocols
- Dental charting and record keeping
