Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Monitor and record resident observations and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with meal setup and feeding as needed, following care plans
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Document care accurately and timely in resident records

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Ability to work an 8-hour shift (specific schedule to be confirmed)
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited/state-approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and support with ADLs
Basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety best practices
Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
Time management and attention to detail in caregiving tasks
