Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Measure and record vital signs accurately and on schedule
Document care delivered in facility records in a timely manner
Support safe transfers and mobility, following facility protocols
Maintain a clean, respectful environment and follow infection-control practices
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure each resident receives dignified, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active authorization to work in Pennsylvania (state requirements apply)
Comfort with providing direct patient care and assisting with ADLs
Ability to pass required facility screenings and background checks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and orientation

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and safety
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and standard precautions
Clear communication with nursing staff and residents
Time management and reliable attendance
