Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility while preserving dignity
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to support individualized care plans
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment
Support patient transfers and safe lifting techniques to reduce risk of injury

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfort with hands-on patient care and working as part of a team
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent patient-centered care
Prior experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong observational skills and ability to report changes in patient status
Basic knowledge of vital signs, infection control, and patient safety
Experience with ADLs, transfers, and safe patient handling
Clear communication with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff
Basic electronic charting or willingness to learn facility documentation systems
