Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and follow infection control practices
Document care and observations clearly and timely in the facility’s records
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver excellent care
Support patient transfers and safe use of assistive devices

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and basic patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate approach to care
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control
Able to take/record vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition
Good documentation practices and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Familiarity with safe patient handling and mobility assistance
