Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Take and accurately record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team
Assist residents with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and comfort needs
Document patient care clearly in the chart and follow care plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Build rapport with residents and families, offering empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Pennsylvania certification preferred or ability to obtain)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
A caring attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to patient dignity
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Previous experience as a CNA is a plus but new grads are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Basic charting and ability to follow care plans
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Reliable time management and attention to detail
