Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to the nursing team
Support infection control and maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Help create a positive, respectful experience for every patient

Qualifications

Current state CNA certification (required)
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Basic CPR/BLS certification preferred
Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced care team
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observations
Infection control practices and safe handling
Accurate charting and basic documentation
Time management and teamwork in a clinical environment
