Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and proper use of medical equipment
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
Help create a clean, comfortable environment that promotes healing

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (state-specific certification required)
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous experience as a CNA preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work 12.5-hour shifts as scheduled

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed state-approved CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside manner
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
Good documentation and communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and escalate clinical changes appropriately
Teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-first attitude
