Shift Type: Rotating 12.5-hour shifts, specific start/end times vary by schedule (12.5 hours per shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility safely and respectfully
Take and document vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to follow care plans and ensure continuity
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (required)
Active or eligible for Georgia state CNA registration
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and working as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and able to follow facility policies and procedures

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA program and current certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care skills including ADLs and safe patient handling
Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
