Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in need
• Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Support patients and their families with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to safely lift and move patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Skilled in taking vital signs and providing hygiene assistance
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent observation and accurate reporting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
