End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities according to each patient's OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care
- Empower patients and their families with education to support functional independence
- Communicate patient status and progress clearly with the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Champion safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to keep everyone healthy and safe
Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with an active state license (or ability to obtain one)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Passionate about patient care and helping people regain their independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in occupational therapy interventions and patient care
- Proficient in accurate medical documentation
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experienced in patient and family education
