Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, following state and federal regulations
• Implement therapy interventions according to each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient and family education to support recovery
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
