Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement personalized occupational therapy interventions that help patients regain independence and confidence in daily activities
- Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner to support continuity of care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to promote successful outcomes
- Communicate patient status and observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment while following all compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in Ohio (or ability to obtain before start)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in implementing occupational therapy interventions
- Patient education and family support techniques
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Understanding of safety, infection control, and compliance standards
