Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes with keen attention
Support a healing environment in a specialized pediatric setting
Collaborate with the care team to ensure top-notch outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification
Commitment to pediatric patient care excellence
Reliable and ready for per diem adventures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control best practices
Empathy and communication skills
