Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while promoting dignity
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and chart resident care activities clearly
Support safe transfers and fall-prevention practices to keep residents secure
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care every shift

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Valid authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation and background checks
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with ADLs and basic patient care principles
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling practices
Good observation skills and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
Team-oriented attitude and reliability in a clinical environment
