Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, helping them with daily activities and building meaningful connections
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and meals to enhance residents' quality of life
Maintain a clean and safe environment that residents can truly call home
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional support every shift

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail and reliability
Team player mindset
