Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Document resident care accurately and timely in medical records
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (per Pennsylvania requirements) — required
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and health screenings as required by the facility
- Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable with basic documentation and following care plans
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current state CNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
- Infection control practices and safe patient handling
- Clear, respectful communication with residents and team members
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Basic electronic or paper charting skills
