Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist patients with activities of daily living
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
• Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision
• Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical endurance to stand, lift, and assist patients
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and facility environments
