Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients per physician orders and create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in daily living skills.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans, empowering patients on their road to recovery.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to build a supportive healing environment.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, keeping patients and staff protected.

Qualifications

• Active state OT license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
