Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Deliver skilled therapy that improves communication and swallowing function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to achieve goals
• Document all services accurately and in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Maryland SLP license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Education

• Master's degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
