Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support patient mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Ability to provide a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
• Willingness to follow facility protocols and infection control procedures

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and ADL assistance
• Ability to monitor and report vital signs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safety and infection control practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
